NEWS Congratulations to our client Steven Fraser of Masterstroke Canada who appeared on Martha Stewart's television show on December 13th to demonstrate how to tie beautiful rose shaped bows. We worked with the site's hosting company to address concerns about extra site traffic generated by the event, as well as updating the site with over 35 new ribbons. The United Church of Canada recently won considerable media attention with a new $10m ad campaign, which happened to include a quite impressive website called wondercafe.ca. Read our evaluation of their site on our New Media blog NEVER NEVER MIND. Platial is an Internet startup (remember those!) that let's you customize your own Google Map. They've recently added a feature to allow you to place your customized map on your own site. We're trying it out. Drop by and add your own favourite dog walk (you'll have to know the street address or the address of something close to it): Great City Dog Parks which is a sub-site to our blog about dogs (or dlog), GREAT CITY DOGS. FITC - the Technology and Design Festival continues to grow with events this year in L.A. and across Canada. We're looking forward to organizing panel discussions again for 2007, our fourth year. We are continuing to work with them, further streamling what has grown to be a very large site, and updating it with new projects. This month we welcome Chris Watson as a new client. Chris is setting up a new media & communications consulting firm, BREAKTHROUGH, for which we are designing the website. |
