dunno if this relates, but you gotta love the Sunday NYT, a copyright story right up there on p. 1... a painter of sports pics getting sued by a university for using "their colours"... 'course he is putting his images on coffee mugs, for which he probably should be sued, for bad taste... too bad the NYT doesn't leave their stories up for more than a second anymore.
